Maksim Sarkisyan b. 1992 in Lvov, Ukraine. Immigrated to Brooklyn in 2006.

I come from a family of artists, sculptors, interior designers and athletes.

Most of my work is surrealistic and figurative in nature. I am inspired by the old and the new masters of the craft. Most of my spare time I spend at the studio creating large scale oil paintings and experimenting with various mediums and surfaces.

In the past three years I’ve had the privilege of painting, illustrating children books, painting murals for private and commercial use, and some design work (logos, tattoos).
